La Plaza Esperanza is a new community center in Gresham, Oregon that brings together offices, a preschool, and flexible cultural spaces in a hub designed to serve the Latino community. Shaped by a design team composed largely of Latino designers working closely with Latino Network, the project emphasizes accessibility, sustainability, and culturally conscious design—creating a welcoming place that celebrates Latino heritage while supporting education, services, and intergenerational connection.
