The newer building for the LOTT Clean Water Alliance houses administrative offices, staff facilities, meeting spaces, and a training room. Uniquely, it also offers public educational spaces and a water quality laboratory.

Special Features


  • Methane-fired combined heat and power plant utilizes methane from LOTT’s wastewater treatment plant, eliminating the need for flaring and reducing plant CO2 emissions by 35%.
  • Wastewater effluent is treated to Class A reclaim water and used by LOTT and surrounding buildings in the community for flushing, irrigation, and water features.
  • Low temperature “condenser” water loop connected to methane cogeneration system efficiently heats and cools all buildings onsite.
  • Demand controlled ventilation.
  • Dedicated outside air with heat recovery.
